a personal knowledge management software application
designed for storing information in a centralized location
for easy management and reuse. Reusable contents like
sentences, paragraphs, articles, doucment templates,
pictures, tables and bullet points can be easily stored
and retrieved in their original formats.
• PowerReuse Lite builds on top of Microsoft Word and
extends its ability through the following features:
* Easily reuse existing materials for creating new
documents.
* Easily store reading materials in an organized library
for later reference.
* Contents can be backed up safely and restored easily.
• Major Problems that PowerReuse Lite can solve:
Problem 1. It takes too long to find relevant contents
from old documents for new documents. I would rather
write from scratch.
Problem 2. I do not like to copy and paste contents
from documents to documents all the time because it
gets complicated when my contents are found in different
files.
Problem 3. Reformatting documents to make it look professional
takes a long time.
Problem 4. I lose document files because of accidental
deletion or lack of backups. |
